Read about the neighborhoods of major sports venues throughout the United States and the experiences you can have before, during, or after the game.
Some blogs will cover specific subjects such as beer bars, wine bars, breweries, local food, happy hour, or museums while other blogs will be broader in scope and cover everything you need to know about a certain city or a particular sports venue within that city.
As I venture across the US, I feature different cities or events and basically what the sports venues and their neighborhood have to offer concerning transportation, lodging, food, drink, art, and culture. I also encourage my followers to share their own experiences to help others have the ultimate sports experience.
Follow us as we attempt to revisit every city in the world of sports and offer our readers a first-hand approach of how we took on a particular city. We will often let you know our mistakes so you can avoid them. More importantly, we search out the best happy hours and food specials along with cultural points of interest.
Food & Drink
If there was a college degree concerning the field study of food and drink, I may have earned enough credit for a PhD. I will try to maintain my focus by only discussing restaurants, sports bars, breweries, beer bars, wineries, and wine bars that offer a good value and are in close proximity to a sports venue.
Arts & Culture
If you’ve had enough drinking, eating, and sports, you might want to take in a museum or a play. No worries! We’ll help you get tickets! While I may go overboard concerning art museums, this blog is a pot luck not covered by our other blogs. The only thing I will not talk about is politics or religion.
